What are your delivery options in Singapore?

Standard Delivery (Free for all orders)
This delivery method usually takes 3 - 5 working days to reach you. *Please note that Singpost will not be liable for any missing parcel. Courier delivery is strongly encourage.

Courier Delivery - with Tracking Number ($5.00 or free for orders above $70)
The recommended delivery method, and usually takes 1 - 3 days to reach your doorstep. Delivery will be available from Monday through Sunday.

What are your delivery options for International Orders?

Airmail - with Tracking Number (from SG $7.00)

Courier - with Tracking Number (from SG $15.00)

What if I missed my delivery?

The postman / courier will leave a card on your doorstep, with instructions on how to rearrange for a delivery at your convenience.

Will my items be prone to damage during delivery?

We know this fear well, therefore, we pack all items in hard boxes to keep them safe and sound!

Do you provide free courier delivery?

Yes we definitely do, a minimum amount of $70 will be necessary.

What happens if I don't receive my item within 5 days?

Most deliveries are made via registered (trackable) delivery, therefore do contact us and we'll sniff it out for ya wherever the parcel sneaked to.

Where do you ship your items from?

We ship our items from Singapore, therefore you will receive your purchase swiftly!

Do you provide free returns?

Yes we do.

It's just now what I wanted (or it's faulty), what about returns & refunds?

If your product is damaged or you simply changed your mind (and of cos the item must be un-used), we will provide an exchange or refund within 7 days of your purchase date

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, we can provide exchanges for items with the same price tag. Otherwise, we can refund you or provide you a voucher to purchase other items instead.

When will my orders be processed?

All orders placed before 1200noon between Monday to Friday, Singapore time (GMT + 8:00), will be processed on the current day.

Something is missing from my order

Sometimes, rarely, shipment may be delayed or hold up by custom / courier. But worry no more! Just contact us and we will sniff it out.

I've purchased multiple Pre-order items, what's next?

We will ship the items as soon as it is available.

Do you sell gift vouchers, where I can use to surprise the one?

Yes we do, now you can purchase gift vouchers for your friend or love ones.
